• Add chemicals as needed

• Skimming debris off the surface

• Vacuuming the pool floor

• Emptying the skimmer basket and pump basket

• Cleaning the cartridge filter or backwashing the DE/Sand filter as needed

Need repairs or extras (like pool heater maintenance)? Just ask—we’ve got you covered.

Not much! Just make sure we have access to your pool area (e.g., unlock gates) and let us know about any specific concerns (cloudy water, algae, etc.). We’ll handle the rest. 

After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed report including:

• Date and time of service

• A photo of your sparkling pool

• Water chemistry readings taken on-site

• A list of chemicals added (and their amounts)

• Tasks completed during the visit

• Any special notes or recommendations for your pool’s care

No. Your satisfaction is our top priority and our service quality keeps you with us. We ask clients to e-sign a Terms of Service agreement to clarify expectations and ensure you know what’s covered.
